Data is used to: provide and operate the platform (accounts, shops, listings); enable connections between buyers and sellers; ensure the security and moderation of the site; respond to your contact requests; and, where applicable, send you information about the service (with your consent).

Processing is based on performance of the contract (account and services), on your consent where required by law (cookies, newsletters) and on our legitimate interest in security and improving the service. Data is accessible to VayBazar teams for the purposes of the service. The site is hosted by Hostinger (hosting and, where applicable, database provider), which acts on our instructions and in accordance with security standards. We do not sell your data to third parties. Information you publish (shop, listings) is visible to site visitors in accordance with how a marketplace operates.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase (« right to be forgotten »), restrict processing, data portability and to object.
